Kings Cross Karting
Kings Cross Track Closed
Due to large scale development in the Kings Cross St Pancreas area it has been essential the archeologists explore what might be under the surface of this part of Central London. Underneath the Karting track it is believed evidence of early City of London transportation links will be found, perhaps the odd go kart will be found! Unfortunately this dig will take some time, so to fit into the extensive plans the Kings Cross track has had to close, unfortunately at very short notice. This therefore means we will be unable to run events for clients in 2008.
We apologise for the inconvenience to all of our customers wishing to visit Kings Cross but we are pleased to offer you an excellent, state of the art, Indoor London go karting alternative at our new venue in Greenwich Docklands.
All of the Corporate facilities offered at Kings Cross have been replicated and surpassed at the Greenwich Docklands venue. As well as the Go Karting the Conference facilities are much improved - nice spaces for your presentations and modern, exclusive areas for your breaks, lunch and hopefully bar time. The track is easily accessible by tube via the Jubilee line or British Rail via Charlton station. During the week there is a courtesy coach collection from the North Greenwich tube station.
So instead of Kings Cross we are recommending the Greenwich Docklands karting venue for your corporate entertainment.
Indoor Karting Kings Cross - Karting London
London Karting doesn't get much better than at the Kings Cross karting circuit. If you're looking to impress clients or just have a great time then the Kings Cross indoor circuit is for you.
Featuring tricky, banked corners, chicanes, hairpins and a super fast 100m+ straight, the Kings Cross karting track is designed to test drivers of any skill and experience.
The 9bhp LPG fuelled karts travel round the Kings Cross karting track at great pace, so you'll need to keep your wits about you to stay on course. After a few laps though, you'll find yourself flying round the corners as you experience the ultimate adrenaline rush.
For the particularly competitive amongst you, the Kings Cross go karting circuit benefits from state-of-the-art timing equipment, recording your laps to 1/1000th of a second. The winner will appear at the top of the podium at the prize ceremony which follows.
This is one of the finest ways to go karting in London!
The private bar and restaurant facilities at Kings cross are first class, perfect for a corporate karting event or special occasion. Full conference facilities are available, whilst the Eau Rouge bar offers classy surroundings to wine and dine your clients after a hard-fought race.
Less formal is the Raceway Café at the Kings Cross karting track, where snacks and soft drinks can be purchased while the main karting event is happening. Both the Raceway and Eau Rouge Bar may be reserved exclusively.
Great views can be had of the whole Kings Cross karting track as spectators watch in style from the café area. After your event why not celebrate and watch the next group of racers in the comfortable bar area. This facility can be reserved with a pre paid bar tab.
The Kings Cross karting circuit could hardly be situated any more conveniently. Based in central London, the track is just 8 minutes walk from the Kings Cross Tube Station.
