INDOOR GO KARTING STREATHAM - LONDON
Regrettably the Streatham go karting site has closed for business due to a huge redevelopment in the area. We had hopes of a brand new go karting facility opening close by, but achieving such a good idea has proved impossible.
Fortunately we can now offer the new and exciting Go Karting on Ice experience in Brixton which is less than 3 miles away from the original Streatham venue. To find out more about Ice Karting simply follow this ice cool link.
Anyway, if karting on ice is not for you, we can still offer visitors exclusive go karting events on tarmac at either Greenwich Docklands indoor track or the outdoor Hoddesdon circuit.
If you are interested in either of these venues please email us on events@gokarting.co.uk stating your preferred venue and date. We will endeavour to provide all the information you need to help fill the gap the loss of Streatham go karting arena has left behind.
Based in South West London, the Streatham karting track was a great venue for exciting, high speed, indoor racing. The main well laid out 400 metre circuit meant you were able to fly through the corners like a true pro. We used to recommend taking advantage of the extended 600 metre track which was known as the International circuit.
If you want to know the go karts you used at Streatham they were 160cc petrol fueled go karts reaching a speed of approx 40 mph. Featuring tight corners the track really did test every aspect of your driving skills.
